I've only just started to get back into exercising and eating right. I've just joined a gym to help get myself motivated and into shape and have just started to adjust my diet. Its hard at first but I’m sure it will get easier. I'm trying to cut out most fatty foods and cutting down on carbos and eating a lot more Veges (I love vegetables) and fruits. I have 20 pounds to lose and so I will just take one day at a time. I know I have to drink a lot more water because I hardly do that nowadays, I find it hard to drink water but now that I’m exercising I’m wanting it more. Let’s hope I see some changes in two weeks :) Labels: Health
