Marijuana is legal in California?!? Did anyone read the news about marijuana becoming legal in California? I don't know all the details, but I read an RSS feed that said anyone can get marijuana in California just by telling a physician that they'd feel better if they take it. Can you believe this????
They're basically giving Californians permission to get high just because they think they will feel better if they do. Is that what we have to look forward to in the other 49 states soon? I wonder which state is next? Are you against this, or do you think it's a good idea? Labels: Health

Well, yeah it is legal in some counties in the state, but on the federal level, it is still illegal, so the battle goes on. The feds have shut down "legal" stores that sell medical marijuana recently in many areas. And just so you know, it is NOT as easy to get a prescription as you might think. Only certain doctors will give these scripts and ONLY in cases of extreme pain and suffering. So, don't think it is just available on any street corner, it must be purchased from a legitimate store that sells marijuana under a legal license. Just an FYI. Oh, and no, I am NOT a marijuana user.
