My company has an Alzheimer's training program for anyone who wants to complete it. I brought the book home and studied it, and took my 3-part test. I passed! I was so excited. I got $50 for it, but that's not the best part. I really learned something from this experience. I learned a lot about how to take care of clients who have Alzheimer's, and what I should and shouldn't do, to help make their lives easier and more comfortable. I'm so glad I chose to do the program because it's really helped me with my job. Anyone who currently works for Home Instead, and even those who don't, I encourage you to learn more about Alzheimer's. You never know when you're going to meet someone with this disease and need more information on how to help them get along a little better. Has anyone here taken an Alzheimer's training program of any kind?
