I used to do pilates all the time

I used to do pilates all the time, which is kinda like yoga. I quit for a while though, when I got pregnant with my daughter. I recently started doing them again a couple weeks ago, and it's doing me a lot of good. I do them in the mornings shortly after I wake up. It keeps me awake all day, and I've already noticed that I'm lost a little weight. Maybe only a pound or two, but every little bit helps. Does anyone else here do pilates?
